Our Team Requirements!
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED; bachelor’s degrees in criminal justice or homeland security are heavily preferred for high-level roles.
Age: At least 23 years old.
Background: Clean criminal record, successful completion of rigorous background checks, and a clear drug screening.
SPECIALIZED TRAINING & CERTIFICATIONS
Tactical & Defensive Skills: Proficiency in unarmed self-defense, crowd management, and threat avoidance.
Medical Readiness: At minimum, a valid CPR, AED, and Basic First Aid certification.
Driving: Advanced or defensive driving tactics to safely maneuver clients through high-traffic or high-risk environments.
Firearms (Armed Roles): State-issued concealed carry permits and specialized handgun/tactical weapons training.
LICENSING & EXPERIENCE
State Licensing: You must be legally licensed to work as a security or protection agent in your specific jurisdiction (for example, requirements mandated by the Department of State’s Division of Licensing Services).
Prior Experience: 3–5 years of military, law enforcement, or private executive protection experience.
Certifications: Industry credentials like the Certified Protection Officer (CPO) or Certified Protection Professional (CPP).
